At TuftCafe, every rug is handmade after order confirmation.

Below is how our shipping process works.

Order Confirmation & Production

• 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order.
• Production starts once the advance is received.
• The remaining 50% balance must be cleared before dispatch.

As each rug is made-to-order, production typically takes 10–14 business days.

Shipping Process

Once your rug is ready and full payment is completed:

• Your order is carefully packed and dispatched.
• We work with reliable courier partners for delivery.
• Tracking details will be shared after dispatch.

Delivery Time

While we aim to dispatch within the committed timeframe, delivery may sometimes be affected by courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
